Brief overview of the Project

Our scope of works, for the prestigious 5-star boutique hotel, includes the design development, construction and testing & commissioning of the full MEP works for basements, ground, podium levels and 17 floors of guestrooms and suites comprised in a total built-up area of around 35,800 m2.  Upon completion, the 246 keys hotel will also include dining and leisure options, health clubs, a piano/ cigar lounge, business centre and retail outlets. The main contract is being delivered by HLG and the project will take around 14 months to complete.
