AL HABTOOR BUSINESS TOWER

The project’s scope included the complete MEP works of the high-rise tower comprising of two levels of basement parking, a ground floor, two podium levels, 39 levels of luxury office space and residences. The built-up area covers more than 47,000 square meters.

The MEP scope of works included supply and installation of low voltage switch gear and power distribution, standby generators, small power and lighting systems, earthing and bonding system, lightning protection system, fire alarm / smoke detection system, voice alarm and fire suppression system, chilled water district cooling and distribution plant, fire-fighting via standpipe and sprinkler network, building management system, UPS, lighting control system, domestic water services, drainage system, IT/ AV system and installation of the facade lighting system.
