BUSINESS BAY HOTEL

The project involved the construction of a landmark 5 star hotel with 300+ rooms and suites, a number of exclusive restaurants and retail outlets, podia and basements for parking, ballrooms, conference rooms, convention facilities, infinity pools, recreation areas and gymnasium. Connected to the “Towers at Business Bay” development the hotel is to serve as a luxury business facility.

Specon’s scope of work on the project included all Electrical Power Distribution, Electrical Low Voltage Systems and Controls (Access, FA, BMS, Intercom, CCTV, MATV, Structured Cabling, and Room Management System), HVAC, Plumbing and Drainage, Fire Fighting and Life Safety Systems.

The building is located off the Sheikh Zayed Road, in the Business Bay district close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall overlooking the Old Town.
