Destined to be one of the most prominent landmarks in the world, a pre-certified LEED Gold project, Dubai Pearl will be an integrated city for 20,000 people. The project covers a built-up area of around 2 million square meters. It will comprise of four 73-storey mixed-use towers crowned by a prestigious sky-palace, housing fashion and technology brands, hotels and residences. It will provide a 24-hour living city with commercial, retail, residential and leisure facilities. The main development will sit on 7 floors of podia and basements. The project will also include a 2,000-seat state-of-the-art grand theatre and a luxury fashion precinct with a premium shopping mall. Parts of the development are still under design and are expected to house additional hospitality and leisure facilities.
Specon is the prequalified MEP contractor of the project and has executed the MEP works associated with the piling and enabling works and the embedded services in the basements and podia.
