Brief overview of the Project

The project is a mixed-use development comprising two towers, referred to as Tower A (Approximate area: 290,758 SqM) and the Tower B (Approximate area: 240, 627 SqM), and a Link Bridge connects with the two towers at high level. The towers have 7 level basement and is interconnected at 2nd basement via a basement tunnel.

The towers share a common ground and 3-level podium. An existing elevated highway passes between the towers and a plaza will be created below:

Tower A: 7 Basements + Ground + 3 Podiums + 65 Floors + Roof, includes Car Parking, Podium Retails, Restaurant, Rental Offices, Hotel (Luxury), Hotel (Ultra Luxury), Club Lounge, Service Apartments, ICD HQ & VIP Offices.

Tower B: 7 Basement + Ground + 3 Podiums + 55 Floors + Roof, includes Car Parking, Podium, Amenities, Residential, Mechanical Service & Residential Complex

Link Bridge: Link Bridge connecting both towers @ level of +105m, link bridge structure is 225m long and 18.0m high.

Basement Tunnel : Basements tunnels (8.6×35.2m) and (16.8×35.2m) connecting to both towers which is dedicated to Vehicle access.
